Absolutely disgusting. These guys need legal action against them in Rotorua. Do not use their parking building on pukuatua street. It is a disgrace. $40 tickets for their technical faults that plague this foul place.

Despite several less than satisfactory occurrences with IPARK in recent times, I am very happy to say that after applying for a waiver and supplying necessary documentation IPARK were compassionate enough to waiver a $200 infringement incurred recently. Kudos team, faith restored. Happy Christmas!

useless, unreasonable and unhelpful. The phone number for Ipark is supposedly not correct according to the person who answered. The only way to dispute a ticket is via the website. But if you want to hire their service it is the right phone number......funny that.

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!! their post pay machines play up most of the times and you endup getting $40.00 fines everytime. no point of appealing because you'll get the most ridiculous responses. i cant get my head around how they can fine people for not paying the parking when ever their own ticketing machines play up! BLOODY RIPOFFS.

Omg stay clear of these parking meters (park elsewhere) and the app is sooooo bad. They over charge your card. When you contact customer service they clearly don't read your issue as they spit back a generic answer that isn't related to the issue. App is incredibly buggy. You are supposed to be able to stop your parking session which will time out within the next 6 minutes (so they say) but mine doesn't always stop the parking. It just locks your parking in for the time remaining. Today it was 87 minutes i was over charged for. And its pretty similar most days. They don't listen to your issue and won't do anything to resolve it. RIP OFF. STAY CLEAR
