Well what can I say it started well But then that girl left and the staff turn over is very high so your always dealing with someone new who knows nothing. But the real issue is the plants and service, low quality plants, they dont replace them unless you make them and the service is pathetic, they water them and honestly that about it. I thought the company I was with prior was terrible but they were okay compared to these guys. I had given Outside in many chances to improve and come up to the standard they are charging me for but it never happened and heck what do you know .. that person had now gone and I have a brand new account manager. Oh and they put up their prices by over 8% when I already didnt know what I was paying them for all these years. They would come and do a service and Id be running after them asking to do something about a sad looking plant. I was always calling them and asking pls help the plants they look terrible all the while .. isnt that what theyre spose to do?? So yeah would def NOT recommend.
