Worst service ever. So painful to deal with. Midea product quality very poor too. Second replacement gave up just before the guarantee expired, no reply to messages, don't answer phones never reply to emails and on and on we go! NIGHTMARE!

Do not shop here. Regular out of stock and severe delays in delivery. Do yourself a favour and spend a little extra somewhere else, it's not worth it. Look how low the rating is, there are red flags everywhere and I am warning you! It's been 3 weeks and my product still has not arrived.... Yikes!

Edit : Sian, Muskaan and their team did replaced my freezer and it's going strong. It took a while for everything to get sorted but it did in the end. Changing my rating to 4 Star Be careful buying their "frost free freezer" Buying and delivery of the items is what got them 2 stars, after sales service is pathetic. Upright freezer model from vogue is not really frost free, ice and frost is building up everywhere, so much so that it's harder to open the drawer. Contacted through email and no response, spoke to rep for technician but no luck either, if issue gets resolved will update in future.

Very bad experience. The items have not been delivered and they promised to do the delivery 7 days ago but it has been rescheduled to last Sunday, but it has been rescheduled to Tuesday and they canceled the delivery again. Today they promised it will l be delivered tomorrow but just now they said they need to delay it again. Very disappointed experience and bad service!
