One day before arrival we called to talk about our arrival, but got the information that apparently other guests with covid stayed there and we couldn't come. A refund of the amount we had already paid was promised. Not only we had to find another stay on short notice, the refund was never received. I called several times just to hear the same excuse again and again and the promise the money would be there shortly. It's not! Don't loose your money and find something else!

Nach der Buchung kam eine E-Mail, dass die Buchung erst besttigt wrde, nachdem man den Vermieter angerufen habe. Die Anzahlung wurde trotzdem eingezogen. Wir haben den Vermieter direkt kontaktiert. Da er unterwegs war, konnte er uns nicht direkt eine Besttigung schicken, versprach aber, sich zu melden. Deutlich spter als versprochen kam schlielich die Absage. Fast drei Wochen spter haben wir unsere Anzahlung noch immer nicht zurck bekommen und der Anbieter reagiert nicht auf unsere Mails, sodass wir nun Paypal einschalten mssen. Das ist rgerlich und unntig. Fazit: Mit Vorlauf mag man hier gut buchen knnen. Meine Erfahrung ist aber eine unzureichende Kommunikation, fehlende Transparenz und unberechtigtes Einbehalten unserer Vorauszahlung. Ich wrde hier nicht wieder buchen.
