In Onehunga Dressmart last Thursday and served by the store manager Caitlyn, she was very professional and helpful and would highly recommend this store to any other customers. Will definitely be returning Thank you :)

This is my go to Johnny Bigg store. I have purchased from: St. Luke's, Sylvia Park, Hamilton and Onehunga. The Onehunga store is by far my favourite due to the consistently great Customer Service I have received here, hence I keep coming back. The team members in particular who have assisted me as of late with my clothing needs have been attentive and even offered their own styling input which has been well received. Thank you Caitlyn and Ecclesi for your excellent efforts.

Visited the store a few hours ago and saw a young gentlemen ask the woman (sales assistant) if they had dark brown pants - to which she said no. As he was leaving, she proceeded to say who even wears brown pants .. thats ugly. He heard her and looked at his friend in confusion as they were leaving the store. Im sure she thought he was out of earshot- just next time please make sure the customer has left the store and is out of sight! Or really when no customer is around. Always loved coming into Johnny big, but this time round made me feel abit awks lol.

My whanau and I have been experienced professionals attend to us in a friendly manner always. Good quality clothing and nice styles. Would recommend this store always. Thank you to those wonderful, hardworking and dedicated staff. A+ for you guys!

Unpleasant experience, zero customer services.. shopping a full hour before closing time and staff seemed preoccupied with vacuuming store and playing music exceedingly loud such that had to shout to be heard
