NZ Post Shop Onehunga

Im very upset about their service. Im sending parcel to AU international shipping, they letting me filling the wrong form over and over again. As well as told me wrong price with tracking and without tracking. So I have to keep filling the forms. The most unbelievable thing is Its been over one hour spent in their post office. I havent been rude or anything they are the ones Started the argument and said I was wasting their time? They are very rude and Im really angry! There are like three people in store having argument with me Im only by myself. Please dont come to this post office otherwise you will receive the same attitude I received!

Amazing and helpful staff. Happy to answer any questions and helped us to fill everything correctly, so that our package would reach its destination. Provided info on which options of sending it exists and let us choose. Secured the package with tape as well (for free), so that it would gold the entire way. Thanks for your professionality and help!

Absolutely loved the high-level of service. High quality printing, very helpful staff, and very competitive prices. Postal service is very efficient and fast. NZ post made a great decision to establish a post office at Onehunga office supplies. Got all my house keys cut here, very good quality, it's a one stop shop. Will definitely use for any future postage and printing needs.
