        We recently had the butynol covering on our portico walkway roof recovered as was installed 17 years ago and had an expected life of 15 years. Bill Borrie made an assessment of the job, and after our acceptance and cleaning of the existing roof, came and laid a new roof over the existing roof. This was important for us, as we did not want any potential leaks from cuts causing leaks if the roof was replaced, not recovered.The job was completed in less than a day and we've received the producer statement (PS3) for the council. Professionally done at a very reasonable cost. Thanks Bill - great job, mate!
