I was going to Advanced computers for a battery problem of my MacBook and i decided to visit Applesoft, because i was not happy to pay $100 for inspection at advanced computers. The technician at Applesoft told me to wait 30 min for the inspection free of charge, and gave me a quote on the spot that included two possible outcomes and the fees for them. I gave it a go. I got their call next day exactly how he explained, my MacBook is alive again, and I couldn't be happier.

My SAMSUNG GALAXY S22 ULTRA was accidentally damaged. I never thought it could be repaired. I came to Applesoft Penrose Branch. The technician took the challenge and fixed it like a brand new phone in less than 2 hours. i am so happy to see it like a new phone. 5 stars guys. thanks very much for the high quality workmanship

My phone accidentally went through the washing machine last week. I took it to Applesoft for an insurance report and within a few days was able to send this report to my insurance company. They agreed to pay for a replacement. So thankful for the work done by the Applesoft team. Catherine
