        Poor customer service and rude people!! Fabricators! I rang them and said that they send an email to me that the atropine eye drops is ready to be picked up but no email received!!! The person who answered the phone said she will send the invoice the next day because it cant be done on the day I rang and did not even email it to me! It should be closed or someone else can provide good service for peoples rare medication!

        Trying to get atropine for my son that he uses every day (we can't get it anywhere else in NZ) and they are already closed for Christmas (09/12/22)! Don't reopen until Jan 2023. Excellent customer service....not. Under previous management this service was faultless. This lot are rubbish; not the only issue we've had with them.

        I tried to get a quote for a prescription that Compound Labs has been filling I emailed twice and got half an answer each time. When I rang they were no more helpful only insulting and rude.
