NEGATIVE 10 STARS!!!!! This company blatantly LIES about its shipping practices. I will be making a complaint with the Commerce Commission about this. We are in NZ for a limited time specifically for photography, I placed a sensor cleaning kit in my cart to have shipped to the south island, which in caps and bold stated "IN STOCK, SHIPS TODAY!". We ordered two to the different locations we were staying on a Friday afternoon 3-4pm. Then called the shop to verify, their customer service agent told us "Its probably too late and wont ship till Monday MONDAY!? Then why does it say ships today? She replies that they aren't open on the weekends even though if you place an order on the weekend it still says "SHIPS TODAY!" She then recommended we sent an UBER!!! AN UBER!!!!! To pick it up and drive it to the south island from Auckland!!!??? How would that work, don't even mention the fact that I could not understand what she was saying due to thick Asian accent. I would have ordered from their competitor had I know that they lie about their shipping. This has cost me half of my $20,000 photography trip. By the time we figured out the cleaning kit wasn't coming the other photo shops were also closed for the weekend. So here I am on Wednesday the following week, still without the kit, and lost all my time on the west coast for photos. Oh, and they wont even reply to my emails about the lie on the website, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!
