Banner Express

Can't recommend these guys enough! Wow! Ordered a pull-up banner, car magnets and business cards last week. They contacted me the day after that a part of the image I sent in wasn't sharp, rather then just ignoring it and print it anyway. After sending the corrected image the print was done the next working day and shipped to us. Then I received an email with a courier update that the parcel may be delayed due to the effects of the cyclone - great communication. Received the order today and wow, it looks and feels amazing! Crisp sharp, exactly how I sent the images and great quality. We used to use Vistaprint, but Vistaprint can't beat the pricing and speed of delivery! And we're supporting local too (Vistaprint is Dutch). You got yourselves a new regular customer, BannerExpress!

Sumen (Banner Express) provided fast, friendly & professional service. Banner Express improved the quality of my design, and the colour saturation & printed truly wonderful, practical business cards at a very reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone. They were incredibly professional and efficient, providing me with clear instructions and updates that made the online ordering process so smooth. When I received my order, it looked fantastic! We ordered two pull up banners are over 3000 business cards from Banner express. The pull up banners were good but the business cards quality was appalling. They were very thin and some business cards had photos that came out super dark. They completely changed the brand colours, even a simple black was not printed properly it looked very dull and other colours were very dark. Our customers rejected the business cards which is quite understandable. Called Banner express and they refused to help at all. They did not offer to reprint them or refund our money and said this is how the cards are and started giving excuses how our files were not in the correct specs. We contacted another print company and they were able to print the business cards with the same files that we had provided to Banner express. We showed the cards to other print company and even they were surprised with the quality of print. We told Banner express customer service that this is our first order with them and wanted to build a good business relationship but they didn't care. They don't care whether we use their services in future or not. Absolutely wouldn't recommend this company, at least not for business cards. I am surprised how they have a 5 star rating but they do have couple of reviews similar to ours where the business cards quality was bad, so we are not the only ones complaining about their quality. We wasted over $300 with them on business cards. Appalling quality and customer service.
