Kam and Yogesh helped us purchase our first home in Mt Albert and we were blown away by their care and support. We never felt pressured or rushed and they worked with us through the whole process and displayed a lot of patience and understanding as everything was so new to us. They make a great team and we felt like they were friends or family members as opposed to agents which is rare in this current climate. When it comes time for us to sell or purchase a new property Kam and Yogesh will be our first port of call, highly recommend.

Kam and Yogesh have been wonderful in helping us to sell our house in Papakura. Our house came onto the market right after the government announced the new tax policies on landlords so there weren't many buyers coming through to our open homes, but Kam and Yogesh went the extra mile and kept in close contact with the small number of potential buyers (ensuring they kept on top of their to-do list to obtain finance) and we managed to sell our house at our desired price with only one bidder at the auction.

Selling a house can be quite a stressful exercise. After 27 years it was time for me to move on. A rather daunting move. But firstly you must find an agent to help you with this. I had family and friends who had given me a recommendation to use Yogesh and Kam Dahya from Barfoot and Thompson. After our initial meeting I felt very comfortable with their very informative and knowledgeable explanation of the process. My home sold extremely quickly and for myself it was very stress free! Yogesh and Kam were so helpful, considerate and completely honest and upfront. They took care of all the details while keeping me informed all along the way. I have no hesitation in recommending them to any future client whether buying or selling.
