Ive used a ton of storage facilities across AU and NZ and the service I experienced here has been the best by far - I cant recommend this place highly enough. On the day of my move, my movers (Smart Express who I also cant recommend highly enough) were already familiar with this place so everything was really easy - the huge lift is right in front of the loading bay and lots of trolleys are provided to cart items up to storage rooms making for fewer trips. The facility is gated and super secure with cameras, locks, codes, and processes in place. Leanne who served me was really friendly over the phone and even more helpful and thorough in person. In person she showed me the storage room options first and helped me decide on size - the rooms are all very clean and dry. Once I was happy she honoured the discount mentioned on the website and I paid, then she took me through the fine print with really great attention to detail - all the important things I dont usually pay attention to which turn out to matter in the end. At the end Leanne gave me a Crown bag containing my paperwork and some free Crown merch which was a lovely touch. Highly recommend!
