        Just don't get your fibre installed by them. Been waiting for over 4 months. Customer service is horrendous, communication is non existent, and it always seems like it's someone else's fault

        A month since requesting my internet be connected and Im still waiting. Five broken promises of when this will be sorted by. Highly irresponsible contractor and company for allowing this to continue. I am now having to beg chorus to have a different company do this fiber install as any date UCG gives us will just pass by with not even a notice let alone an apology. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY WORST I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!!
