Not a very pleasant guy to deal with and basically wants you out the door asap. Literally sighed when I asked to buy more things. Prices are much higher than other places. But he does have some stock at least unlike many other places I've tried going to. Don't buy products which will require future servicing because I'd imagine that would be bad trying to get him to work on them.

Its a rip off, we bought pump & engine for our new water blasting business but chemical injector doesnt work at all. We went back to him he didnt help at all and got angry, aggressive instead. Will not recommend at all.You can save your time and money by not visiting him. Thanks

Stay well away from John he is selling faulty products, we spent over 6500 on a hot water blaster for a Auckland council contract lasted all of 2 hours before the boiler unit failed, his response was that it is our fault, once we finally told him we would take it further he asked us to have it dropped to Kerrick in penrose, as he did not want to know about it, so we did, once it was repaired with a new igniter, kerrick called and we collected it, kerrick informed me that it was a faulty part, John is now trying to make us pay a bill 15months later that should have been covered under warranty, to further this review John also openly talks about sleeping with under age woman when he lived in China, so do think twice about thinking he is a friend or good bussiness person, this is just our story after speaking with a lot of other contacts in our industry no commercial guys will use him..... BUYER BEWARE He is very aggressive

Rip off. Sold a blaster and accessories totalling to over $1900.00 and didnt even 30 hours of use of it before the water pump hosing broke, after taking back to have it replaced job. Didnt want nothing to do with it, while still under warranty. Having to take this matter to court which Im in the process of doing now
