Poor price management and service. Was overcharged even when their system. Showed lesser amount the girl at the counter charged as per old tag. After all that I never received the track pants for 2 weeks. On calling we got to know that order to courier was never placed. CSR, Kan, resolved the issue, refunded the overcharged amount and arranged for the courier. Another customer was also wrongly charged. So their tags and systems show different prices. Sad and top it some execs were cheeky. Be careful!

Thank you so much for you wonderful customer service Aashna i visit this store today aashna help me for selection for my jeans and tops with a big smile she was running around and looks so busy but still she was giving everyone a best service thank you again. Rushi

Went there last week Tuesday and nobody helped. Infact there were kids running around and going behind the counter. Went back today and nobody said hi or acknowledged me. Won't be coming back anytime soon.

They've moved across from mirrou instead of where they used to be by platypus shoes. A great experience shopping here, Came to put something on hold (shout out to the lovely girl who helped me - worked the Monday just gone) so I could exchange my item when my click & collect turned up. Store was really nice & is quite spacious so that's cool, I will definitely shop here again
