        dealt with Lois Green , she has not been on a building site I suspect , was the worst experience dealing with a council appointed so called "certifier "I lodged a complaint at the Auckland Council was then told in future to write on the from do not sue the firm , AND I will be doing just that , the fees they charged and the 52 most petty items cost the owner a fortune in council fees .BEAWARE
