Tried to book the wedding package through them and despite being mid conversation with them and having asked to book a certain date they decided to stop responding and ignored my follow-up emails. Extremely poor customer service. If I'd lost the date to another group that's fine but the very least they can do is take the 5 minutes to respond telling me so rather than ignoring a potential customer.

Firstly there was bad communication from the start. We used their website contact us and was left without any replies so had to phone to ask questions. When we got there, it was hard to find staff when we needed to. The outside looks nicely kept but inside was dark, very cold, damp and lots of bugs. It wasn't worth the money for us.
