The Blackout Team are stars! Toni, who wins the award for Customer Service Extraordinaire! Replies to my queries or questions were not only efficient, but also with a sense of humour which I enjoyed. They even helped me with some light selections, sending through links to potential products, all making my life so much easier. On install day the great personalities and worth ethic arrived again when Seb and Brandon turned up. They shared the install plan, and were so professional and respectful of my home.
