I booked in for a delivery and had email confirmation that it would arrive between 1pm-3:30pm today.
I ring the store to double check that it has been confirmed for them to tell me that they are short staff and will get to it later (6pm) which is not good enough as I had been expecting this at the times given. If you are unable to do orders please make that known and update the website etc.
