        Nurses were absolutely amazing when I went in after a dog attack I really appreciate you helping even tho I wasnt a patient and my doctors turned me away thank you

        I would love to give them ZERO stars! If you want plain rudeness and an uncaring attitude then look no further than this crowd - not the doctors, but the so-called nurses. Do the actual doctors know that the "Nurses" are letting them down so very badly? I guess not. Fortunately, I have found a wonderful practice with beautiful and caring professionals.

        Very disappointed and annoyed with the lack of customer service from Silver Fern Medical Centre and Waimauku Doctors. Very unprofessional, no empathy, no support and no care to help my family with a weekend emergency, after we have been going to this practise for years. We wont be going back to them ever again.

        This company provides the worst customer service, the second time I have booked a morning appointment and they are running 25 minutes late - I don't even know how that happens. Only to be told the nurse has called in sick, just a complete waste of time!!!
