There are not enough positive words to describe Robbie! Im not local but was in Kumeu attending a wedding and was caught out during the floods at 5.30pm on a Friday and he came to my rescue. He liaised with my regular pharmacist on the phone and provided me with an emergency supply of my medications. He even dropped them off at the wedding venue. Truly unbelievably generous and far beyond exceptional customer service - Robbie is an exceptional human!

Genuinely confused as to the 'reviewer's below. I myself have not had an experience there that I believe is close to one star, and from talking to others whilst there, I know there are a lot more than just myself that have since boycotted this place. Extremely rude staff, constantly acting as if we are intruding on their day off. Absolutely bizarre. The staff working there appear to have an objection to basic human interaction with customers and this is amplified by the owner Robbie.

Wonderful pharmacy. Robbie and the team are extremely conscientious and look after their clients so well. We have been with this pharmacy for years and feel really safe with their advice and knowledge.
