Dave is very unprofessional. His communication with his team is very poor to the point they turn up not knowing the scale or quality of the work required. This lack in communication results in untimely work or for the team to walk out on the job altogether. Dave is very willing to right clients off without letting them know reasoning. This can go to the point he will email clients at the onset of the job to let them know he is cancelling the job which is commonly proceeded by complete neglect of the client, an unwillingness to discuss or talk on the phone, followed by blocking of the clients phone numbers. Overall Dave and his teams professional status should be reviewed in anyones decision to use them for their floors.

We had our Rimu floors sanded and polished end of 2020 - great communication and great result! They were delayed one day to the COVID (which was nothing!) and kept us in the loop the entire time. Highly recommend :)

Top company, quality work and even finishing the last coat on a Saturday. Thanks for your help - our Rimu flooring (with Matte finish) has exceeded expectations. Couldn't recommend more highly!
