        Nicola saved our sanity! Twice! After 2 years of broken sleep She helped us to help out then 2 year old to actually sleep in his own bed all night! She gave us the confidence to break sleep habits that werent working for us! Then our little miss came along and she needed help to sleep too, so Nicola to the rescue! Now she self settles and sleeps all night! We still have had nights like everyone but we now have the knowledge and confidence to get our sleep back thanks to Nicola!!!!!!!
