Fantastic service with the delivery and pick up of the pool! Would definitely recommend it for any homebirth.

Ordered the Birth Pool in a Box Mini only to get an email the day the order was sent to say it wasn't available and the La Bassine pool was shipped instead. Great customer service goes a long way and I was disappointed that Wondermum was not able to advise the change before shipping the order. Being a first time mum and first ever homebirth I had done a lot of research on the right pool for me, and as you can imagine, being made abruptly aware of this change was bitterly disappointing. They do mention in their Ts&Cs that this situation is a possibility (which I regrettably missed), so if you are wanting to avoid disappointment it would be beneficial to check with other suppliers first.

Amazing service! We hired the larger pool and were very happy. Its an end-to-end service and the owner even organised the courier pick-up for us at the end. The pool was easy to set up and plenty big enough. Thank so much Wondermum!

Lovely, prompt people to hire from and communicate with, totally hassle-free. Hired a birth pool and would return if I needed one again.
