        Holly from reception has been fantastic in helping me sort out my taxi. Really good and welcoming disposition and very customer-focused approach. Jasmine from the spa has also been great! Fab facial and bath. Sad I couldn't get a massage since some masseuse were out due to COVID, on holiday (it was ANZAC week), or bereavement. Room is okay, could get better at cleanliness though. Quite dusty in some areas, lots of flies (I counted 5 at a point) but there was a fly spray available, linens also had some stains. Overall, it was a nice stay.

        Enjoyed a nice stay at the resort. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our unit it was clean and we had decent views. The restaurant is good but could use a little revitalization on the menu. Staff at the restaurant was ok. The proximity to the beach is close but it is necessary to drive down to the beach lot. Can get a bit windy at higher site locations and will chill down at night. Properties are nice, a great weekend escape place close to Auckland.
