Warkworth Auto Wreckers

Called them 4 times to try get a car towed for wreckage, the same lady who answered the phone kept coming up with excuses why they couldn't come and promised to get back to me but never did and ended up wasting alot of my time... In the end I called the wreckers in Whangarei even though they were further away from where the car was and they came to pick up the car following day.

I have continuously been having bad experiences with this company. In regards to one incident, I have been treated with little to no respect, very very bad communication and organisation. The prices are also very incomprehensible and down right ridiculous. Even went as far as charging multiple customers for a single bolt etc. I have had to ring them multiple times about a single product, stating they were going to look for it. Few hours of no response I have had to contact them for them to tell me they dont have it. I find this interaction to be appalling to the least and cant imagine how anyone manages to get parts/products from this company. I will no longer be initiating contact/services from this company no more and I highly suggest people/customers do the same Service: Part finding & extracting
