Walked in and was greeted by the lovely staff, taken through straight away and details were checked multiple times. Good chat from the nurse and was in and out within 15 Minutes at most. Thank you!

We have been going to the warkworth lab for years with our extremely old parents, and would like to congratulate the staff for their amazing service, kindness and consideration to the warkworth and surrounding district people. We r so grateful.

This place is an absolute joke. The staff just walk around talking to one another. Each test takes forever. No idea what theyre doing. They must have the lowest number of tests per day ever. Once I finally got my blood taken, the staff member didnt even say hello to me and was just generally rude. She didnt check that my details were correct on the collection tubes, did not ask if Id had something to eat/drink that day, did not sanitise her hands before taking my blood, and answered the phone once she finished taking my blood so I was just sitting there waiting.
