Was having weird issues with my phone not sending and receiving messages properly and came in to the Warkworth store, young dude named Dan helped me out and got it sorted very quickly

I have been a Vodafone customer for many years, far too many to count. I had a problem with my email on my phone, which I hasten to acknowledge was not a Vodafone problem, however I called to seek help to remedy the problem with it, asking them to assist me. I was told in no uncertain manner, and rudely, that it was not a Vodafone problem and they would not help me, I explained that as an 80 year old, I am not that overly good tech wise, but he said "you can learn, its not too late". The short answer, is naff off its not our problem. Individuals like this need to be rooted out, they do their companies a dis-service, and need to put out with the trash! I wonder if he was the same individual that the previous reviewer to mine experienced!!

If I could give this store Minus Five Stars, I would. Im seething!!! My mum went into the store last Thursday to pay her bill and walked out with an updated phone. When she got home there were a few things she didn't understand and I couldn't help her with either. (the phone came with no instructions of any kind) So rung the store and spoke to the sales person and he couldn't manage to help me with it, so he said to bring it in. Mum went into the store today and the guy that sold her the phone wasn't there, so she was served by another young guy. His attitude sucked and he was no help at all. He was very rude and made her feel so stupid she went to her car and balled her eyes out. Im so P'd off right now. If you don't like your job, then leave and let some other young guy with some motivation and customer skills have your job. Mum went to Westpac to set up her online banking and the lovely girl in there helped her with all the things Vodafone couldn't be bothered doing. So if this is a review, then 10 Stars goes to Westpac Warkworth for your kindness.
