I went to be adjusted by Alana. As soon as I walked in to her Wellsford locatuon(because is the closest to me) I felt a wall up from her straight away, a very defensive energy. Her adjustments were aggressive and she didn't warn me when she adjusted my spine. It caused unreasonable pain. I communicated that to her, but received no response, and she just continued. Also when she adjusted my neck. She didn't take much care, and that also caused unnecessary pain. When I communicated that to her, she then adapted and employed a different tool to to ease tension. I have many years of experience being adjusted by different chiropractor practitioners, this was not a good experience, she actually seemed angry. I felt her behaviour was quite unprofessional. I certainly will never return to her.
