        We were very fortunate be introduced to The Planning Collective when we embarked on a bold new real estate development concept. TPC and their recommended team of consultants navigated the project through the planning challenges and achieved the result we needed in the timeframe required. They confidently, professionally stepped us through what had initially appeared to be a dauntingly opaque minefield of conflicting consenting requirements. Gemma-Rose was highly competent, professional and efficient throughout all stages of the project. Most importantly she achieved a fantastic result. Subsequently, she's been very helpful in providing Bulk and Location information for the early stages of our projects. I can't recommend highly enough.
