        Totally in awe of the amazing youngster on duty around 11.0-12.0pm on Friday 27 Jan. She coped singlehanded with huge queues after people were stranded in Warkworth by slips on SH1. Ive never had such great service - she took the chaos in her stride, permanent smile and nothing was too much trouble. Wed have had a grim night without those emergency rations, and that young womans infectious good humour almost made it all worthwhile! She deserves a massive bonus for what she did that night

        Asked for a cappucinno. Went to go drink it just now and it's a mocca I think or a hot chocolate. May need to concentrate on one thing at a time staff. Defiantly not what I needed. I need caffeine!!!! First time this has happened. Have been here often and never had this problem. Otherwise tidy shop and clean toilets
