I'd been wanting to try this place for ages and had the opportunity finally arose at the Food Truck Collective event. Oh my goodness, the Tagliolini with zucchini and prosciutto and the Tiramisu was delicious! I wish more places made gluten free Italian food this good! I am a fan!

Our Daughter was married at our home a few days ago and Luisa & Tommy catered for us. The food was delicious, everything was perfect. So many wonderful comments from all our guests. We were more than pleased. Very much recommend Amaranto as a wonderful way to cater a wedding. The menu was full of many choices for us to plan our menu. The food was presented so beautifully. We would do it all over again. Thankyou Luisa and Tommy for making this important part of the wedding so easy and special for us Sandi & Hartley

If I could have given 6 stars; I would have. This is wonderful food - being GF for many years now, I find it hard to find truly delicious GF pasta. Tommy's pasta is wonderful as are all the other dishes I have tried. Their sourdough is high quality. We are a house chock-full of coeliacs and are so grateful for your vision!
