We discovered an internal water leak on Wednesday afternoon. They offered immediate service that afternoon however we weren't going to be at home until late so they arrived first thing Thursday morning. Peter and Tai were friendly, efficient and fixed the problem on the spot. They came back later in the day to attend to another job I had sprung on them and sorted this one out as well. They even went the extra mile to ensure our 'escapee' puppy was safe and secure when they left after the second visit. I recently called Burt Plumbing to replace our old food waste disposer, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. The service provided was fast, efficient, and of the highest quality. Not only did he replace the insinkerator, but he also took the extra step to redo the pipes connected to it, resulting in a far superior setup than what we had before.
