We discovered an internal water leak on Wednesday afternoon. They offered immediate service that afternoon however we weren't going to be at home until late so they arrived first thing Thursday morning. Peter and Tai were friendly, efficient and fixed the problem on the spot. They came back later in the day to attend to another job I had sprung on them and sorted this one out as well. They even went the extra mile to ensure our 'escapee' puppy was safe and secure when they left after the second visit.
