Some of the staff really do need customer service lessons. Maybe it's a gen z thing...but a few have absolutely no idea that bad service drives customers elsewhere.

I understand that there may be new owners going to take this outlet over, lets hope the new owners do a better job of maintaining vigilance on prices of the specials. Also topping up the shelves. **** We now go to Countdown more often now due this outlets continued lack of stock. Also you have to be vigilant to keep a check on their charged special prices, as when at the check out, the rung up price, is not changed to the correct price. **** I have reviewed this place again. They often run out of stock and depending on who you ask they could be gone for only seconds, come back and say, we don't have it. You know that that person hasn't even tried, there is one particular young female shop person you know never to ask because she just won't bother to look. They also often don't replenish shelves, that are marked with the produce you want, and when you enquire they have it, but bring it out from the store.
