This place has earned every star that I can give it. The staff were friendly, kind and helpful, and after I had an accident, I walked down to their building, they gave me a cup of water to calm down, and let me wait there while my pickup and their truck driver arrived. Their reception staff were top notch, and the tow driver went above and beyond the call of duty, giving me valuable advice and taking my car to two biased mechanic stops to convince me that my car was a write-off. Their mate gave me $150 for a car with light front end damage. 5/5, 10/10. every positive rating I could give them.

My car was towed by A1 after it was abandoned due to flood damage. A1 took photos of the car for the insurance company which saved a lot of time. More importantly, people had broken into the vehicle when it was still on the side of the road, my wedding ring was missing and Mike took time to look through the car just in case it was there. I had also left my garage door opener in the car (it wasn't stolen thankfully) and mike kindly delivered it to me on his way home. What an amazing team, thank you so much. Service: Car towing
