I Purchased an Alu cab 270 awning and very happy with product. Paul was very helpful and had great communication over email. Shipping was quick and paul went the extra mile to source me some brackets that mud stuck doesnt usually stock. Thanks again mate awesome service

The Aprove 12V winch I purchased shows a black and yellow winch on the listing with a dyneema wound winch line. I received a dull black winch with a scratched and severely scored winch drum wound with cheap synthetic line that has now been damaged by the deep scratches in the drum. Talking to the marketing department and asking for a partial refund I was offered a return label which took almost a week to arrive. I needed the winch ASAP for work so this was pretty poor. The TradeMe listing is still the same with absolutely no changes. We will never be buying anything from mudstuck again. After no further communication with them I received a terse email questioning if I plan to use the return label they sent. No apologies, no feedback, no help or solutions whatsoever. It's good to see the paragraph of saving face posted below, totally meaningless but I suppose your trying to keep people buying your goods not as described, so sad to see a NZ business that can't be bothered helping it's customers. Have since bought several winches from RUNVA and WARN, one had a small scratch on the plate and they immediately dispatched a replacement, top notch service but not from these guys, they take your money and run. Mudstuck has no idea how loss of use or loss of time works. Ah well everyone knows how you operate now !
