Great management I went in having no clue what I would need it is very clear the staff are trained up on their product knowledge I felt much more at ease after I left knowing I was purchasing the best quality.

Very high expectations with disappointing service and end result. Was sold the incorrect car seat which did not fit our car and when we revisited we were told to purchase a new seat. Further more we had a faulty item which needed to be refunded so we were advised to drive to the store under level 3 and they will process the refund, just to show up and was told they will not serve us as they will not bring the eftpos to the door to process the refund since it was level 3 and yet we were told to drive 20 minutes to go to the store to do this. The very Next week still under level 3 we place a click and collect order and picked up and paid at the door, the very same process which we were told they were not able to do. Overall disappointing to see they are happy to serve us when we spent close to 5k but not happy to serve and provide exceptional service over $300 refund. Dimples you can and should have done better.
