Great aftersales support. We had an issue with the cold tap on our laundry tub. They were prompt in sending a plumber over to fix the issue under warranty. Cheers Aquatica.

Wonderfully helpful team here. My 3 year old daughter had unfortunately unscrewed the tap indicator cap and dropped it down the bath plug hole. The team were able to identify the aquatica tap model and kindly send me a replacement. When buying new tapware, I'll be getting it from these guys, and I recommend others do to. Great customer service.

We had a problem with a kitchen sink spray head, with a faulty button. Contacted customer service and spoke to Neil, a very helpful person who asked for some photos then said Not a problem at all, a replacement will be couriered to us the same day We couldnt fault the customer service and prompt action to get our kitchen operating again. After spending a frustrating two days visiting several stores to buy a part for our waste disposer without success, Kerry & Len from Aquatica came to my rescue and saved the day and my sanity.
