Been nothing but helpful, seems unfair to have such a bad wrap on here. :( theyve provided us nothing but great service and opportunities, thanks guys

Warning dont buy a bike from these guys! I got a focus ebike from these guys and have had endless problems with the bike. It wasnt set up right and even when brough back to them I have have had the worse customer service experice ever. I have found that the focus ebike is a bad product with bad product service. I have had to go to to commerse comision about it and when advised I was going to go them and let others know about my experince here on social media I was threatened with legal action and lwyers. Learn from my experince and go some where were they back up their products and look after customers like torpedo7 and stay away from focus ebikes.

We ordered a Burley Tail Wagon from our LBS and were given a delivery date of 6 weeks, (by PRV) . We waited 6 weeks and then were told 2 more weeks. We waited 2 more weeks and then were told that actually, no order had been placed, (by PRV) and we'd be waiting another 16 weeks. We wanted to support our LBS and knew we could just buy the product from Ebay for $200 less. THAT'S why we ordered locally. Our instruction to our LBS is now everything we look to buy from them, we'll be asking if PRV is the wholesaler, if so, we won't buy it. The reply below is damage control. We were told the ETA by a person at PRV. When we called again at the end of the initial lead time, we were told it was on a ship from Aussie. When we asked the third time, we were told that an order hadn't been placed as yet. We did our best to support NZ business but got lied to.
