I bought two items from Stolen Girlfriends Club and unfortunately they did not fit. I emailed the customer service team and Dani was so helpful in making sure the correct size was in stock, that my return was processed as soon as it arrived and that I was notified when it was sent out. Just received the products in the correct size and LOVE them! Highly highly recommend!

I ordered a ring through the website on the 5th of Sept for $ 250. The size was incorrect so I asked for an exchange. I posted the ring back at my own cost, I was provided a giftcard code to purchase the correct size when the ring was restocked. The onus was on me to be aware of the restock. Within hours of the first restock newsletter going out, I missed the chance to reorder. This was in Oct. By the end of first week of Nov., I was tired of the waiting and trying to remember to chase the restock and no longer wanted the product. So when I asked for a refund after 2 months of waiting, I was advised the ring was miraculously in stock and being shipped out the next day. I though it was strange that no restock newsletter had gone out. The ring arrived a few days later in the exact fit I had returned in the first place. I went to the local jewellers to double check the ring size, the ring size was was in fact incorrect. To make this saga more joyful, the two times I have spoken to customer service on the phone, the manner has been deplorable and devoid of any empathy or care. If you're buying from this brand, don't expect customer service.
