Absolutely shocking customer service, I have been receiving spam phone calls from a number tied to your business and I attempted to ask via your 0800 number if the phone number was in fact linked to your business and I was patronised while the woman danced around my query. Very simple question I had thought. (This spam number has been linked to your company various times on the harassment databases). If you wanted to clear that up, it would have taken 2 minutes, even if it wasnt, I now have a very sick taste in my mouth - your reception is the face of your company...... personal skills are needed. Will be recommending to everyone I know never to use you.

My friend bought a fridge year and half ago. Now he has mechanical problem on that machine. This company said "we will give you a free part but will charge $400+ labour fee" The machine is still under warranty. What a great customer service. I changed my points. Honestly, one of your agent said " need to pay labour about $400 to repair. Only part is free." I would like to say you should educate your agent well for your reputation. I appreciated that you made it right.

The team at Honar are great to deal with. very accommodating and genuine and have gone over and beyond to even help us as their customer where they had no financial interest. Highly recommended
