        Worst online experience ever. Went to their website but couldn't find screen I wanted. Rene popped up and asked to help. Asked her where she was located and she told me Auckland which was good as I di not want to deal with an overseas company - shipping delays. Told her what part I was looking for and she provided a link for it. Purchased it and then I found out the part was coming from Australia. Always believed part was coming from Auckland in 2 to 3 days as it said on their website. As it was going to take so long I asked for a refund as I was not prepared to wait 7 to 10 days (again on the website). She refused. So waited the 10 days but the part had not left Australia. Again asked for refund but refused again - they would not refund until the part was returned to them. Continued to wait and sent 2 follow up email to Laptop LCD Screen NZ but they ignored both of them. Had to wait a total of 24 days from the day I ordered the part which was totally unacceptable. Do NOT DEAL with these people as they will mislead you and you will end up waiting an excessively long time. I will not deal with them again

        Ordered online arrived a few days later by courier ex NZ stock. Correct screen for my Acer. Well packed... worked and no dead pixels. Definitely would use again
