The staff are straight up karens. Very bad service. I had to wait 1 hour and 25 mins for just 2 little pills when I could have got them in under 5 minutes. My kitten had worms in his stomach and they said it was not an emergency... How is that not an emergency? Do better.

It has taken me a while to write this review but I wanted to ensure I left one at some stage re our 1 and only experience with this place. This is not towards any other staff (as the night nurse/reception person was amazing) but to the male vet Dr Hing (if that is the correct spelling) that also appears to either work or co own gt sth rd vets (our consult was at Rosebank Rd but after further digging found this connection). Last year when we attended overnight (after a recommendation from a family member) in visible distress over our very unwell fur baby and its illness at the time that this vet felt it was his place to not even focus on what we had to say about our dog or any questions we had, instead his only focus was giving our dog some sort of jab (we to this day still don't know what it was) and to keep pushing his other "colleagues" onto us verbally (this is what prompted us to look into this vet further as we didn't know an after hours vet was a specialist vet clinic but it may appear to have been aimed towards another clinic) and that we should have done more to investigate what we assumed was a very thorough and honest specialist opinion from VSA, and did not care one entire bit that it was making us even more visibly upset his manner, tone and repeated sentences over again about it and distressed as this was neither the appropriate time or place for this conversation after we spent months and months working several jobs, fundraising where we could, givealittle page etc all to try and give our beautiful fur baby the operation it needed and we told this vet about this as we felt attacked in his approach (this was not because of emotions and why it took us a little longer to write this review to ensure we were correct in what happened.) And all he could keep doing was tell us we obviously didn't look hard enough for another opinion, his colleagues could have done it for 1/5th the price the specialist quoted (specialist quoted over $20k and this vet quoted $3k) etc so you get the picture of our experience at this one (and only) visit here. We later found out that our fur baby should have been put to sleep that night but instead our fur baby unfortunately had to suffer for a further 9 hours before we knew the vets advice wasn't correct and seeked another opinion later that morning elsewhere. I won't go into detail about what was not picked up at this consult, but I wanted to put our honest experience out here for all other pet parents as its not all positive reviews like this Google thread makes it out to be. After further Research we found another fur family that had a bad experience with the same vet also. Please be careful when dealing with him here or anywhere.

I had to take my dog there last night. She had eaten raisins.... they saw us strait away and treated my dog. The staff here are great. Thank you so much for seeing us so urgently. My dog seems fine today back to her usual self. Really appreciate the fast work of this clinic.
