        I went in yesterday for the first time and received the best customer experience ever. I believe her name was Paris please see to it that she get a raise as I will be a regular customer ONLY because of her excellent customer service.

        Pathetic, mean, unprofessional customer service! We placed an online order at12 pm for pickup at 12:45. We reached store at exactly 12:45pm and the staff had no clue about the order. Only After showing the online receipt they start preparing. Our order was regular hawain Hulihuli with some extra stuffings that we paid for but the order this person on duty made was missing all the stuffings and the size was small not regular. Even after complaining about that he never bothered to correct his mistake or apologizedat the end we had to leave with the same wrong order.
