        Did spend $450 on a drill set (2021)which was supposed to be the best and last forever, not either, bad quality, not of a engineering standard, was a nightmare getting a refund , cut off multiple times on phone, not answering, arguing with me, it cost me to return it, Here we are 18 04 2023 trying to get a replacement for a failed heater, ( for an elderly relation) , the most difficult company i have ever dealt with, passed from one consultant? to another, cut off again, hours on the phone, so far no result, ( i have to give 1 star or it not let me post) I will keep this short - DONT EVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!
