If i could give them zero stars i would. Their customer service was very poor. Went to the rosebank road branch today to talk about shoes i bought a month ago around end of December(somehow according to their calculations it was 3 months?) Anyways we were met with an Indian lady who while reading the receipt said if we wanted quality we should have spent more money when we spent $90 on a pair of Huntly shoes. Which fine we agree with but once she said it was their brands shoes we were confused because why is their own brand shoes not made with materials that last longer? Why are they underpaying for materials the shoes is made of? Anyways she goes to bring a supervisor called Ashley who seemed very uninterested in hearing our side of the story. Came and instantly declared our shoes as a wear and tear without inspecting them properly. She kept on saying she understood our side of the story but she didn't even try to listen to it. And then we pushed her a bit more and she said she would email the corporate head or something. The overall experience was bad and i would not recommend buying their brand things as they are not your money's worth.

A big thank you to Lee at the Rosebank Road store for going above and beyond to help me to replace filters for a protective mask for garden spraying !! And such a quick delivery time from my question Friday lunchtime to pick up midday Weds. Exceptional service !!
