I was shopping for a standard lamp which I was hoping could be purchased and delivered 2 days hence. I live in Scotland. This was to be a surprise for my Auckland daughter. I had a technical problem placing the order. I contacted customer services. Immediate and helpful reply. The clearance item was delivered into the safe place with the courier actually shutting the difference door on exit. The lamp was easy to fit together and looks even nicer in the room than the online image (which looked really nice too.) One the best international shopping experiences ever!

The pull string on my desk lamp had snapped so I dropped it off with M at Eunice Taylor and he fixed it up (and replaced the lead that my pet had gnawed) quick as you like. 5/5 would recommend.
