Everything about this service was top notch: - the estimator was polite, fast, on time, informative, flexible, clean and tidy, and work-safe. - the underfloor and in ceiling crews (there were ~10 men on site with 3 vans) were same as the estimator plus extremely hardworking covered in sweat and dust working very hard - no standing around every-one busy and focussed. - the invoicing was an e-invoice, accurate with no unpleasant surprises - one click to pay. Right from my initial online inquiry, I was absolutely blown away by the service of every person I'd dealt with, along the way to have our older home insulated and a moisture barrier installed. Iutita was who I'd dealt with over the phone. Mike was the assessor who ran me through the process. Daryl was the head installer with his 2 off siders Ron and John who did an amazing job. Fantastic experience with Enstall Insulation. I requested a quote of underfloor insulation installation. Mike Sia came my property promptly. After assessment, he told me the current insulation are totally fine (no needs to update). Mike shows great courteousness, professionalism and honesty. I would highly recommend them.
