I ordered one of my friend's birthday gift. I checked estimate arrival date and it was enough time (even this is covid time) so I ordered. However, the delivery delay. Couldn't make it by the birthday party.

Wish I read these reviews before I made I purchase! Only gave one star because you had to give something! Terrible service, never received item and they just cancelled my order without telling me until I asked why! STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!

I have ordered multiple times from Identity Direct and have been very happy with the ease of ordering and quality of the products . Delivery time isnt too bad either . I would recommend this company .

DO NOT PURCHASE GIFTS FROM THESE PEOPLE! I will certainly never buy from Identity Direct again. Their advertising said my order would be done in plenty of time for Christmas. The MULTIPLE gifts I ordered arrived in their premises on Dec 14th (according to their website order tracking info). They were ordered two weeks prior to this. Not couriered until the 24th??? NO explanation offered despite requests. Gifts arrived on the 29th Dec....extremely disappointed niece, nephew and kids. Disgusting customer service.

not sure I trust these high star reviews on here ... honestly so disappointed. I ordered 7 wallets for the groomsmen at our wedding. The day they emailed me to say theyve dispatched my order they also emailed saying that my order couldnt be completed in full because of a stock issue.... I clicked on the wallets I ordered and they were still selling them on the website. So still taking customer orders knowing they cant even fulfil the orders they have. So of the 7 wallets we ordered, we received 2. Which we obviously didnt want because they were ordered as a set for all of our groomsmen. I would rather get a full refund rather than charges to two wallets I dont want. I tried contacting them, delayed replies and eventually they just stoped replying. They offered no compensation for my stress over this... one week before my wedding and they couldnt even organise my full refund or something to replace the gifts or even suggest something I tried staying patient and not getting upset but this has left me with a bad impression of this company. Replying to customers is just standard customer service. I understand theres muck ups in stock orders but the least they could do is reply and try and compensate for their mistakes. I eventually revived 2 of the 7 wallets .... and they looked really good :( which made me so sad because they wouldve been awesome gifts had they fulfilled the order. For anyone thats considering ordering from these guys ... be warned. Feeling very disappointed
